Refund Policy

Our products are printed on demand to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Accuracy As all our products are custom-printed specifically for you, please double-check your size selection using our size guides before ordering. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue with a free replacement or full refund — no return shipment required. Contact us at hello@pointdecapiton.store with a photo of the issue within 30 days of receipt.

Damages and Issues If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges Because each item is made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Sale Items and Gift Cards We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Once your issue has been reviewed and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@pointdecapiton.store.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal Because our products are custom-made to order, they are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This exemption applies to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is produced specifically for you.

Notwithstanding the above, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will always provide a remedy in line with your statutory rights.
